I am Brittany's mom and I am very upset that a full set of xrays were done on Brittany today as I don't believe they are going to be covered by the insurance. I gave you a list showing the dates of eligibility for these services when we started coming to you. I do not feel we should be charged for this service as we didn't ask for it or agree to it (and this is why I gave you the dates for the girls' eligibility)

melody conduct biannaual cleaning & was very happy w/ the results & thorough job. As alsways, she explains everything & provides tips to sustain healthy dental hygiene. She does a thorough cleaning & does not rush.
I didn't forget about the front desk staff, they have provided excellent customer service.
I didn't see dr. Grodin during my last visit, which means my teeth are healthy.

Dr. Grodin explained everything he was doing and what instruments he was using. He was very gentle. After the procedure we talked about preventing gum disease. Going to the dentist can be a pleasurable experience!

I felt very welcomed and comfortable with all staff. The Hygenist was professional and gentle. She provided education and made me feel like she had all the time for my questions. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Grodin was genial and informative about my future appointments and tx plan.
