I highly recommend Lisa Hudson as a Dental Hygienist at Bancroft Dental Care. She is extremely thorough, skilled and knowledgeable about what she does. I recently had knee surgery and Lisa asked if I took antibiotic before my appointment. I didn't even know I needed to. Lisa took the initiative to call my doctor and confirmed that I did indeed need antibiotic before the procedure. Not only did she call my doctor's office, but she provided them with the pharmacy information to phone in the prescription. Thank you, Lisa!

I had been in fear of visiting the dentist for quite a few years.Necesity finaly dictated that I must go. Needless to say I was extremely nervous when I first arrived, but the staff at BDC was so courteous and friendly and soon I was very much at ease. Dr. Chang explained everything that was going to happen. Dr chang also has a ggreat sense of humor and he listened to my concerns. Before I knew it, the visit was over and it was not bad at all. Now I am no longer affraid to visit the dentist. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Excelent service from the moment I was greeted at the door to the moment I left. I kind of like the massage chair...different way to have your teeth cleaned.

This was my first visit and it definitely surpassed my expectatoins. Very friendly staff, up-to-date technology and most of all Drs who genuinely care about their patients.
Actually looking forwarded to my next visit and will refer Bancroft Dental to others. I did thank my boyfriend for recommending them to me.

Dr. Tero's professionalism and courteousness put my mind at ease. She and Deniece made me feel relaxed in the chair. The young lady in charge of the front staff was knowledgable and friendly. She made me feel at home.
